• BtH picks up exactly where this fic leaves off. Sheik has to confront some things he keeps trying to push down, and Link offers a way out.

• Link and Sheik leave Hyrule together. Both of them are struggling to cope with what they experienced as children; this might be their last chance to let their relationship become something more.

Post-OoT canon divergence: Link doesn't return to his childhood once Ganon is defeated.

5 years later, Sheik is a newly realised trans man who is running away from his supposed destiny as Queen of Hyrule alongside Link, the man he saved the world with years ago.

BtH was my passion project that explores the events of OoT through the lens of both transness and trauma. Also t4t because of course <3
